Q:  How can I get your quotation?
Please email to  export@powermotorbike.com , together with your detailed information such as: company name, address, tel No and fax No, website if available, your strategy on marketing, your specific requirement such as parts service etc.

Q: what is the minimum quantity order? (MQO)
The minimum quantity order to qualify for the whole-sale price is 20ft (FCL), while we are flexible for special situation.

Q: how long is the lead time? 
Usually it takes 10 to 20 days, depending on the different items and demand-supply situation.

Q: How do I visit you and the factory?
You are welcomed to visit us and our factory at your convenience. We can pick you up at ShangHai or HangZhou airport and bring you to our factory ( about 4 hours by car ). Let us know your schedule in details in advance so we can arrange everything for you. Normally you need 2 days for an adequate visit to our factory.

Q: Can I buy a sample for test before I order a container order?
Yes, if you can not find our products in your area, we can send a sample to you. A sample cost plus all related shipping cost for your account. TNT or DHL will be used as carriers.

Q: How many ATVs can be hold in a full 20' or 40' container? Can we mix different models and accessories together?
A container will load different quantities of different models . Please browse our website to get detailed packing information. It's allowed to mix 2 different items for a 20FCL, or 3 different models for a 40” container,. we may suggest you our professional loading quantities in the most economic way. 

Q: How do you ship my order?
We can ship from our port in NingBo or Shanghai, China to any port available in the world.
We have close connection with shipping forwarder to minimize your shipping cost.

Q: Can I put my brand name or logo on your product instead of yours?
Yes. OEM orders are welcomed. Give us your logo, we would help you to produce the logo in China, with collecting a little charge.

Q: How can I become a dealer in my area?
If you have the ability to provide after-sales service to your customers and have a good sales net work, you may apply for a dealership. Your current experience in ATV or power sports business will be advantage for you. We choose qualified and reliable companies as long term business partners.

Q: Can I get an exclusive right for your items in some territories?
It depends on which territories or city you are in. Normally, our minimum requirement for an exclusive distributorship would require ordering at least 1000 (units) such as ATVs, from us annually .

Q: How do you pack the Vehicles? Are they fully assembled? If not, is it difficult to put it together?
There are two method of packing, one is assembled (for containerized products), one is disassembled (for samples). If in assembled, the packing would be by paper cartons which are suitable for long distance sea transportation. If in disassembled, the packing is by iron plate for secure shipping. It's very easy to put the ATVs together, just please follow suit our manuals.

Q: How we arrange payment?

Q: how can I get parts support?
Please email us for pricing and availability , be sure to describe in detail what part you need.  Please be very descriptive so we can price the right part for you.  If you do not know what the parts is called please send us the very clear pictures with different view. 

Q: How are the spare parts supplied within the warranty period?
We would suggest customers purchase a certain quantities of easily worn-out spare parts for backup. If product breaks down within the warranty period, under the condition that the rider or operator follows our owner manual's instruction strictly, please claim to us in writting. We would supply the spare parts free of charge, shipping together with next order.
